What is more important than understanding your worth? Well, having everyone else understand your worth, for one. Also, making other people feel like sh*t. That’s important too.

  1. Rejection can be hard to take. But understand that rejection is just someone else’s opinion. If someone rejects you or one of your ideas tell them, “Go f*ck yourself.” That will definitely make you feel better.
  2. Tell everyone how smart you are. You do not have to have any evidence to back this up. Just keep saying. “Goddamn what a great idea! I am f*cking smart!” If you keep saying it, it becomes true. Just look at Donald Trump. He is a master at this game and he was f*cking president for gods sake!
  3. Learn to accept compliments. If someone says, “Hey, that is a great idea.” tell them, “Yeah, no sh*t it’s a great idea. You don’t have to f*cking tell me, Sherlock. But thanks for the update.”
  4. Criticize everyone else’s efforts. Tell them, “There is no f*cking way that is going to f*cking work, you dip sh*t.” Shake your head and say, “Let me tell you how it’s done…” However, if their idea does work, jump on to that success bandwagon.
  5. Take pills.
